League champions are in pole position to sign £50 million rated Argentine midfielder Ever Banega in January ends for a cut price of just £20 million due to valencia's financial problems according to reports in the daily star.
The Manchester side have been scouting the highly rated Argentine player for some time now, with his current contract expiring in 2015, Banega has refused to put pen to a new deal, it is thought that the Mestalla based club would be willing to sanction a deal that would see their star man leave the club for a fee rather than for free in two years time.
