Tony Pulis appointed Crystal Palace manager

Tony Pulis has put pen to a two-and-half-year deal at Crystal Palace. The 55-year old former Stoke manager takes over from Ian Holloway who left his post on 23 October.

Meanwhile interim manager Keith Millen will be in charge when they face Hull city this weekend, with Pulis set to take charge of next weekends game against Norwich.
With Crystal palace currently sitting at the bottom of the log with 4 points from a possible 33, with a single victory over Sunderland and a single clean-sheet in the goaless draw against Everton last week. With an enviable record of never being relegated in his 21 years as manager Pulis task would be to guide Palace to safety.
The likes of Mourinho's former assistant at Real Madrid Aitor Karanka, Wales manager Chris Coleman, Iain Dowie and former Chelsea defender who is in charge of Dinamo Moscow were linked to the post.

If the cap fits: Tony Pulis is taking charge of Crystal Palace, replacing Ian Holloway
